Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including purchasing, inventory management, and order processing to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage procurement and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, purchasing activities, and logistical performance for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, purchasing, or logistics roles, preferably in manufacturing or transport industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Prior experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
