Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the production team to align supply chain activities with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to food safety, customs, and logistics.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and fulfillment staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and Excel.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
