Responsibility
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and delivery of HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including inspections, audits, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with HSE best practices.
- Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource conservation.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
