Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of production machinery as needed.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and product quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in electronics or precision engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
