Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and dealer performance across the APAC region.
- Oversee the optimization of aftersales digital platforms to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions and operational processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure Kia Asia Pacific remains at the forefront of automotive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and dealer performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools related to aftersales operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
