Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment used in production.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and quality standards.
