In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical documentation, including Intercompany Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our ERP system. Responsibility
- Create, process, and track Intercompany Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) in the ERP system with precision.
- Prepare and update Goods Received Notes (GRN) to ensure accurate inventory and financial records.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Monitor order statuses and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in generating reports on procurement, sales, and inventory for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, procurement, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory management processes.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
