Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching aircraft components and materials.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize delays.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Train and develop warehouse personnel to enhance productivity and performance.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage complex warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
