Responsibility
- Assist in assembly line operations, including product assembly, packaging, and quality checks.
- Operate and maintain basic manufacturing equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the production supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold workplace safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in material handling, including loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials or finished goods.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to undergo safety training.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts as needed.
