Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular quality audits and document findings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to prevent recurring defects.
- Support training programs to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role with potential for extension.
