Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring real-time updates on stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align warehouse operations with business demands.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement and improve warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and traceability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses and inaccuracies.
- Optimize space utilization and layout within the warehouse to streamline picking, packing, and storage processes.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices in warehouse organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP or WMS software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
