Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Ensure warehouse safety standards and 5S principles are maintained
- Support logistics team in coordinating transportation and delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina for warehouse environment (lifting, standing, bending)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email)
- Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
