Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor warehouse processes to optimize space utilization, workflow efficiency, and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including KPIs on inventory accuracy, order processing times, and team productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
