Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, defects, and machine performance.
- Assist in setting up and adjusting machinery for different production runs.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly to ensure quick resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
