Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to align schedules with customer demands and business objectives.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Analyze production data, forecast demand, and adjust schedules to balance workload and capacity.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Generate reports on production performance, lead times, and efficiency metrics for management review.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
