Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to meet company procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials/services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, logistics) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing fluctuations to optimize procurement decisions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, such as delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies in orders.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
