Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines and delivery targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification or degree in operations management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
