Responsibility
- Operate heavy-duty trucks and transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in a similar role.
