Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with sanitation and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, and HACCP standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
