Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual systems.
- Prepare and verify orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule and track shipments.
- Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly operational targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, inventory software) and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to workplace safety standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
