Responsibility
- Safely transport jewellery and related goods to designated retail outlets and clients across Badung and surrounding areas using company vehicles.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory with accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, deliveries, and warehouse activities using digital or manual systems.
- Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules for timely arrivals.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, traffic regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in logistics or retail distribution.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to operate light to medium-sized delivery vehicles (e.g., vans, trucks).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management, including inventory tracking and storage best practices.
- Strong physical stamina to handle lifting and moving heavy items (up to 20-25 kg).
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s road networks, particularly in Badung, Denpasar, or surrounding tourist areas, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are advantageous.
