Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of marine vessels and logistics operations.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of operational documentation and reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth marine operations.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.
- Monitor and report on vessel movements, cargo handling, and safety compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or marine operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
