Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of production plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or a related engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems, or CAD tools is a plus.
