Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments and inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents against invoices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent workplace injuries.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 12 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime during peak periods.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles is a plus but not required.
