Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping finished rubber and tube products.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accuracy in inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high standards of work quality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and minimize delays.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Resolve operational issues, address staff concerns, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
