Responsibility
- Lead and supervise quality control teams to ensure compliance with international logistics standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance operational performance.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on quality metrics for senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in logistics quality management.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations governing logistics and supply chain operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to Kuta, Badung.
