Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
- Organize and shelve materials, supplies, and products in designated storage areas using proper labeling and inventory systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and documentation for accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and material availability.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory movements and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics.
- Proven ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners) is a plus; certification is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) for communication and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
