Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all inventory-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
