Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing goods in designated locations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse space and improve operational workflows.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and verifying shipment documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25-30 kg) as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
