Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing products in designated locations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a Warehouse/Logistics role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
