Responsibility
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and loading of goods to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
- Perform inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to verify orders, prepare documentation, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in accordance with safety standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including unloading, sorting, and storing materials.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update records and generate reports.
- Assist in order picking and packing to fulfill customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime as required by operational needs.
