Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule deliveries and optimize transportation routes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in line with safety protocols.
- Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Support the team in resolving logistics-related issues and improving operational workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics support.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift/move items (up to 25 kg) and work in varying warehouse conditions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
