Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize logistics, purchasing, and inventory management processes.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts, improve lead times, and secure favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead inventory planning and demand forecasting to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all supply chain activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Utilize ERP and supply chain management software to streamline processes and enhance visibility across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with international supply chain regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
