Responsibility
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and recommend adjustments to minimize excess or obsolete stock.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Work with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of inventory.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives to maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or logistics roles.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Familiarity with demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques is a plus.
