Responsibility
- Lead and optimize electronics manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry certifications (e.g., ISO, AS9100) and customer-specific requirements.
- Mentor and develop manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and cost-effective solutions in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO, AS9100) and regulatory compliance for defense/aerospace sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
