Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to meet production schedules.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and quality assurance, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all supply chain activities.
- Implement and maintain supply chain management systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and bottlenecks proactively to minimize impact on production.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in precision manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
