Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery and inventory management.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
