Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to various locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics efficiency, such as delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance logistics performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving logistics challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
