Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to optimize logistics processes and improve service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency, including inventory management and space utilization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, 3PL management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.
