Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and resolve bottlenecks to optimize efficiency and output.
- Enforce quality control standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline material handling, inventory management, and distribution.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in all operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or HSE is a plus.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to changing priorities.
