Responsibility
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling daily warehouse operations to meet production and distribution goals.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
