Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance sustainability and compliance within the supply chain.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain operations in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier and vendor relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous.
