Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and storing of incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment to uphold workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update records in real time.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and coordinate with logistics teams for seamless deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg, with attention to proper lifting techniques.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory software or Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime, as operational needs arise.
