Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced, innovation-focused setting.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management for semiconductor lab materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including procurement, storage, and distribution of specialized equipment and supplies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Liaise with vendors, researchers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of inventory records, reporting discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards for handling sensitive materials.
- Generate data-driven reports on inventory usage, lead times, and cost-saving opportunities for management review.
- Support emergency logistics for time-sensitive research projects, including expedited shipments and custom clearances.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics coordination, preferably in a technical or research environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards or laboratory logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures for scientific materials is advantageous.
