Responsibility
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Accompany drivers to customer locations and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of delivered and received goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment for any issues before and after deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling goods with care and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in handling goods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
