Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s freight forwarding client base in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air and sea freight, focusing on high-value accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure competitive and profitable service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in air or sea freight forwarding (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding operations, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
