Responsibility
- Perform precision cleaning of parts and components using approved solvents, tools, and techniques to meet strict industry standards.
- Inspect cleaned parts for contaminants, defects, or residues, ensuring compliance with quality control protocols.
- Pack and label cleaned components according to customer specifications and internal procedures.
- Maintain cleanroom environments by adhering to contamination control practices, including proper gowning and equipment handling.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on cleaning equipment, such as ultrasonic cleaners, spray systems, and drying ovens.
- Document all cleaning activities, including batch numbers, process parameters, and inspection results, in digital or paper logs.
- Follow safety protocols, including the handling and disposal of hazardous solvents and chemicals.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in cleaning operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing, mechanical, or chemical processes is a plus.
- Proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or production roles, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or precision engineering industries.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and contamination control standards (e.g., ISO Class 5-8) is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and safety data sheets (SDS).
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small, delicate components.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg as needed.
- Willingness to work in shift-based environments and adhere to strict safety and quality guidelines.
