Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of procurement contracts and purchase orders (POs) in compliance with company policies.
- Manage and update ERP/SAP systems to ensure accurate tracking of procurement activities, inventory, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate smooth procurement processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely actions and documentation.
- Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to support cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Generate reports on procurement metrics, spending analysis, and contract performance for management review.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of contracts, invoices, and procurement-related documents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP MM or other procurement modules.
- Strong understanding of purchase order (PO) processes, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and procurement software tools.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
