Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Quality Control Department, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and management teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and compliance requirements.
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all products meet safety, legal, and customer specifications.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in quality control tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
