Responsibility
- Analyze warehouse operations and receiving processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring accuracy in tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics workflows and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Generate and interpret data reports to drive decision-making and optimize warehouse performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new logistics technologies and automation tools to improve operational productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide support during peak operational periods, including coordination of shipments and troubleshooting logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics analysis (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
